I've always had a passion for cooking. It first started back at university, where I found myself regularly making meals for friends. Seeing people enjoy something I had created sparked a love for cooking that never really left me.

After some time away, travelling and exploring different places, I realised that food was still the thing that excited me the most. That’s when I decided to turn that passion into something more meaningful.
